About why

"My wife supported me to open Fasan on May 11, 2025. We built this place from nothing and learned how to make coffee and run a business as complete beginners. Everyone who has already walked through our door, and everyone who will, becomes part of our history and our future. Fasan is not just a coffee shop. My wife and I have many ideas, and we are starting here and making them real one by one. You will see. We are a specialty coffee shop on the Lower East Side, rotating single-origin beans from roasters around the world. We are currently serving Canyon Coffee from Los Angeles."
